Sector Humboldt Bay Housing

Upon receiving orders to Group Humboldt Bay members should fax or email a copy of their orders as well as an “Application for Assignment to Military Housing” (Form: CG-5267) to the Housing Office, noting whether they request assignment to Military Housing or release onto the economy. Any decisions to be released onto the economy must be approved by the Group Housing Officer prior to receiving BAH.

Members assigned to Station Noyo River will need to coordinate with their Command regarding assignment into housing due to the minimum number of units in the area. There are no government quarters available for members assigned to CGC DORADO, as such they are not required to contact the Housing Office.

Of the government quarters available within the Group, most are modern spacious duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes. All contain hookups for washers and dryers, and all units—with the exception of Unaccompanied Personnel Units (UPH)— are unfurnished.

Additional information—including maps, pictures, typical floor plans, & the Welcome Aboard Package—can be found on CGCentral
